• Episode 18: You Already Know More Than You Think You Do

Why the answer isn't always more information — sometimes it's learning to trust yourself.

How many times have you known the answer…only to immediately ask someone else what they think?

In this episode of Courageously Awake, we're talking about the difference between receiving perspective and handing someone else the authority over your life.

For years, I searched for answers through books, podcasts, healing work, Human Design, astrology, meditation, ceremonies and conversations. And so much of it helped me.

    But eventually I realized something:

The most powerful tools weren't giving me answers.

They were helping me recognize what I already knew.

In this episode, we're talking about:

    • Why so many of us learn to look outside ourselves for answers

    • When "more information" becomes another way to avoid what we already know

    • Why self-trust doesn't require 100% certainty

    • The difference between receiving guidance and abandoning your own knowing

    • Three questions that can help you hear yourself more clearly

    • A simple 24-hour practice for hearing your own answer before asking everyone else

    This week's Voice Liberator Reflection:

Where in your life are you still waiting for someone else to confirm something you already know?

You don't have to act on the answer immediately.

    Just hear it.

Because self-trust begins long before the big decision.

It begins when you stop abandoning the quiet voice inside you.

  • Episode 17: The Opposite of Control Isn't Chaos. It's Trust.

For years, I believed that staying in control was the safest way to move through life.

What I didn't realize was that control had quietly become a survival strategy.

This week, during a meditation, I asked myself a simple question:

"What's my earliest memory of feeling this way?"

    The answer changed everything.

In this deeply personal episode of Courageously Awake, I share the unexpected realization that helped me see control with compassion instead of judgment—and how learning to loosen my grip has opened the door to trust, peace, and unexpected gifts.

Maybe healing isn't about controlling life more.

Maybe it's about trusting it a little more.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

✨ Why control often begins as protection

✨ The surprising difference between control and trust

✨ How tiny acts of trust rebuild self-trust

  • Episode 16: Why You Keep Doubting Yourself (Even When You Already Know the Answer)

Have you ever had someone tell you something about yourself...

    and instead of feeling surprised...

you felt like you already knew?

That's exactly what happened to me during a birth chart reading that unexpectedly changed the way I think about intuition, self-trust, and healing.

I walked into that experience searching for answers.

I walked away realizing I had been looking in the wrong direction.

In this week's episode of Courageously Awake, we're exploring why self-doubt isn't usually the absence of knowing—it's the habit of overriding what we've known all along. We'll talk about the voices of fear, conditioning, and people pleasing, how they begin sounding like our own, and why rebuilding self-trust starts with learning to recognize them.

Because maybe healing isn't about becoming someone new.

Maybe it's about remembering who you've always been.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

✨ Why you've probably never lost your intuition

✨ How conditioning quietly becomes your inner dialogue

✨ Why your body often recognizes truth before your mind does

✨ Three powerful questions to help you reconnect with your inner knowing

✨ How self-trust is rebuilt one honest decision at a time

    Ready for the next step?

One of the questions I hear most often is:

"How do I know if it's my intuition...or fear...or conditioning?"

That's exactly why I created the Truth Detector™ Assessment.

Not to tell you who you are.

To help you recognize the voices that may have been shaping your decisions for years.

Because once you recognize the pattern...

    you can begin choosing differently.

  • Episode 13: Why You Don't Trust Yourself

And It's Not Because You're Broken

Have you ever found yourself saying...

"I just don't trust myself anymore."

    Maybe it's making decisions.

    Speaking up.

    Leaving the relationship.

    Starting the business.

    Setting the boundary.

    Following your intuition.

We often assume the answer is to become more confident.

But what if confidence isn't the problem?

In this episode of Courageously Awake, we're exploring why so many women struggle to trust themselves—and why it has nothing to do with being broken.

The truth is, you weren't born doubting yourself.

Over time, you learned to silence your instincts in exchange for approval, safety, and belonging. The voice of conditioning became so familiar that it started sounding like your own.

    The good news?

    If self-trust was learned...

    it can be rebuilt.

    In This Episode You'll Discover:

    • Why most women don't actually have a confidence problem
    • How conditioning slowly teaches us to question ourselves
    • The subtle ways we override our intuition every day
    • Why self-trust is built through small, honest decisions—not dramatic life changes
    • The first step toward reconnecting with your authentic voice

    A Moment to Reflect

  • Episode 12: The Cost of Self-Abandonment

Episode 12: The Cost of Self-Abandonment

What Happens When You Override Yourself Repeatedly

Have you ever stopped to wonder...

When did I stop listening to myself?

The truth is, self-abandonment rarely happens in one dramatic moment.

    It happens quietly.

Every time you say "yes" when your heart is asking for "no."

Every time you dismiss your feelings to keep the peace.

Every time you prioritize someone else's comfort over your own truth.

Over time, those small moments become a pattern—and eventually, you may find yourself wondering why you no longer know what you want or why it's become so difficult to trust yourself.

In this episode of Courageously Awake, we're exploring the subtle ways self-abandonment shows up in our lives, why we learned to override ourselves in the first place, and how healing begins by reconnecting with the voice we've been ignoring.

    In this episode, we'll explore:

    • What self-abandonment really looks like (it's probably not what you think)
    • Why people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-functioning often begin as survival strategies
    • The hidden cost of repeatedly overriding your truth
    • How self-trust is rebuilt through small, intentional choices
    • One simple question that can begin changing your relationship with yourself today

If you've ever felt disconnected from yourself, struggled to make decisions, or found yourself constantly putting everyone else's needs before your own, this conversation is for you.

Because healing doesn't begin when you become someone new.

It begins the moment you stop abandoning the person you've been all along.

    A Moment to Reflect

Where in your life have you been saying "yes" when your truth has been asking for "no?"

    Sit with that question today.

You don't have to change everything overnight.

  • Episode 11: Conditioning Sounds Like You

    Have you ever wondered...

"Is this actually my voice...or is it fear? Expectations? Conditioning?"

If you've ever found yourself second-guessing your decisions, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from what you truly want, this episode is for you.

The truth is, most women don't have a clarity problem.

    They have a self-trust problem.

And often, it's because the voices of conditioning have become so familiar that they sound like our own.

In this episode of Courageously Awake, we're exploring how to recognize the difference between your authentic voice, fear, and the beliefs you've inherited from family, culture, relationships, and the world around you.

    Together, we'll unpack:

    • Why conditioning often sounds like your own inner voice
    • The three voices that influence your decisions: conditioning, fear, and truth
    • How to recognize the subtle ways you've been overriding yourself
    • Simple practices to begin reconnecting with your authentic voice
    • Why self-trust isn't something you find—it's something you rebuild

My hope is that by the end of this conversation, you'll stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and begin asking a different question:

"Whose voice have I been listening to?"

Because your authentic voice has never left you.

It may simply be waiting beneath years of expectations, fear, and conditioning.

Take a deep breath, get curious, and let's begin hearing yourself again.

  • Episode 10: Sometimes the hardest thing to let go of isn’t failure. It’s the version of you that succeeded. with Eddie Wilson

Sometimes the hardest thing to let go of isn’t failure.

It’s the version of you that succeeded.

In this episode of Courageously Awake, I sit down with entrepreneur and Impact Others founder Eddie Wilson for an honest conversation about what happens when the life you’ve built—and the identity that came with it—no longer feels like the life you’re being called to live.

After years of building businesses and achieving success, Eddie began to realize that what fulfilled him most wasn’t another accomplishment. It was connection, service, and the work he was doing with vulnerable children around the world through Impact Others.

But following that calling required more than a career change.

It required Eddie to begin letting go of an identity built around achievement, productivity, and business success—and to ask a much deeper question:

Who am I when my value is no longer defined by what I produce?

We talk about the relationships and partnerships that can shift when you begin changing, the role ego plays in keeping us attached to old versions of ourselves, and what it looks like to surrender control and trust where life is leading you next.

Eddie also shares the deeply personal story of his brother Dakota and how that experience ultimately helped him understand his calling to become a voice for children who may not have one of their own.

And perhaps one of my favorite parts of our conversation: Eddie’s perspective on purpose.

What if you don’t need to manufacture your purpose or go searching for it?

What if some of the clues have been woven throughout your story all along—including in the experiences that hurt the most?

This conversation is about success, identity, faith, purpose, grief, letting go, and learning to look at our past through the possibility of redemption rather than resentment.

If you’re in a season where the old version of your life—or the old version of you—doesn’t quite fit anymore, this conversation is for you.

Take a FREE 3 minute quiz: Discover what's actually driving your decisions & learn whether you're living from your authentic voice, fear, or conditioning.
