Kelli Grant is the Co-CEO of Prospect Hill and brings over two decades of clinical and leadership experience in behavioral healthcare. Her expertise spans intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and residential treatment. Kelli is renowned for her ability to build collaborative relationships and her commitment to clear communication and ethical decision-making; all aimed at supporting clients and their families on their recovery journeys.

Prior to her current role, Kelli spent 13 years at Caron Treatment Centers, where she served as Vice President of Patient Experience and Revenue Operations. There, she excelled in enhancing care pathways and coordinating experiences for those seeking help. Kelli holds a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida State University, and she is deeply committed to offering compassionate support to individuals and families.
