Life isn’t easy for the Support Desk staff at HenSter Solutions. Just ask Larry, the department’s veteran member. Between mentoring the new summer intern, dealing with the demands from his management, and handling whatever bizarre requests the company’s employees have, Larry has his hands full. It’s the kind of situation that has just about everyone asking: “Can I get some help here?”

Larry Brunetti, a veteran member of HenSter’s Support Desk, welcomes the new summer intern Tyler to the team. Tyler’s first support task puts him at odds with Greg in Sales. Larry gets a strange demand from department head Bruce Middleton.

Larry gets a refresher from Bruce on the rules of working for the Support Desk. Tyler starts off his first solo task after some abrupt instruction from Larry, and quickly becomes overwhelmed. The fact that he’s trying to assist Desmond, the mailroom worker, doesn’t help matters at all.

Larry and Tyler head up to the development floor to untangle a problem with a software testing tool. Larry reaches out to his old mentor Luther, who offers his own unique form of help. Tyler has a check-in with Jimmy from HR.

Larry and Tyler are working on an overnight maintenance cycle. As difficulties pile up, they gradually develop a new understanding with each other. Greg confuses Larry with a new request.

Bruce deploys a new AI helper named SID to impress Ted Henderson, and to keep messing with Tyler. Another scheme from Bruce sends Larry over to Human Resources. An incident between SID and Desmond forces Larry and Tyler to take drastic action.
