Spring time is always a reflective and crazy time. Many of you are finishing up ministry nights and getting ready for summer ministry. So let's talk about how we have or haven't set up the seniors for post high school as they graduate out of our programs.

- What steps have you given them to get connected to Christian community once the graduate?
- Do your students know how to disciple other students?
- What tensions have we created for our students?
