Welcome to Blind Crime. With cases like these, you'll never see it coming. Hi, I'm Tess and sometimes I'm blind. In my blindness, I've discovered that I am exceptionally vulnerable, scared, and anxious about the the things I can't see. In the world of true crime, victims are often unaware of the dangers that surround them. Hence, Blind Crime" was born. In this podcast, each case is dedicated to the vulnerable, the least expecting, the ones who just couldn't see the evil that lurked before their very eyes. They say "love is blind." But what about crime? Join me every 2 weeks for a new case and in the mean time, keep your eyes open. Want to support Blind Crime? This week, our friend Jason Usry, kindly let us drop his first episode of Inconceivable: The Story of Temujin Kensu on our feed. I've mentioned Jason and this podcast a few times, but it is truly a remarkable podcast with such an impactful story. Jason's heart for Temujin's innocence, and for Scott Macklem's justice are like nothing I've ever seen. Please give this episode a listen and subscribe to Inconceivable: The Story of Temujin Kensu wherever you get your podcasts. Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/inconceivable-the-story-of-temujin-kensu/id1781226808 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/7c06CBacdaLaNe0nFCfurl?si=45df289dae9c455d

This week I talk about the mis-teachings and manipulation tactics used by Karen Wheaton and The Ramp and how those things affected me and my life, and how they harm others. More documents from the 2014-15 school year, giving a little more insight into what is expected of students at The Ramp and the costs of housing and tuition. It's a long one, but it gives more foundational information to help understand where we are going in this series. Next week's episode will feature a raw and real experience, my own, and how it almost cost me my life. Welcome to Blind Crime. With cases like these, you'll never see it coming.

Hi, I'm Tess and sometimes I'm blind. In my blindness, I've discovered that I am exceptionally vulnerable, scared, and anxious about the the things I can't see. In the world of true crime, victims are often unaware of the angers that surround them. Hence, Blind Crime" was born. In this podcast, each case is dedicated to the vulnerable, the least the expecting, the o we who just couldn't see the evil that lurked before their very eyes. They say "love is blind." But what about crime? Join me every 2 weeks for a new case and in the mean time, keep your eyes open.
