Episode 4: Martin Tye

Bally is joined by Martin Tye a Guinness World Record holder in the Seated Deadlift lifting a massive 505kg! Martin also won the World's Strongest Disabled Man competition in 2018.

Martin uses a wheelchair due to injuries sustained by a suicide bomber driving into his vehicle and detonating a 500lbs bomb in Afghanistan while serving in the UK's Royal Logistic Corps.

Martin opens up about his incident in Afghanistan and also the effects it had on him mentally and physically.
