New! When Anxiety Comes Back: You Haven’t Lost Your Progress
October is Mental Health Month, and this episode of Zero Stress is dedicated to anyone living and working with anxiety, or navigating other mental health challenges that may not always be visible to the people around them.
Sometimes progress feels clear. We feel stronger, calmer and more capable of doing the things that once frightened us.
And sometimes, unexpectedly, we find ourselves struggling again.
But a difficult day doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made. Finding yourself in an old place doesn’t mean you’ve gone all the way back. The journey isn’t always a straight line, sometimes it zigzags, sometimes we pause, and sometimes simply continuing is an act of courage.
In this special episode, Phoebe shares an original poem, “Still, You Continue,” for anyone who might need a little encouragement to keep going through the harder days.
