Drawing from years of leadership experience, my guest shares observations on the different philosophies of work emerging across generations, particularly what Gen Z is challenging, what previous generations may have overlooked, and what each generation can learn from the others. This is a conversation about purpose, responsibility, ambition, rest, and the deeper meaning behind the work we do every day.
