Blackbird Brewery brings European approach to beer to Wake Forest

Husband and wife owners Ian and Harmony VanGundy wanted to create a more thoughtful approach to brewing that seems to have been lost over recent years. Not just in terms of ingredients, but also being mindful about the right glassware and presentation. They're now expanding that approach with Bird’s Nest at Blackbird, providing an elevated cocktail experience in a quiet, adults-only setting.
