American Prisoner X is an investigative exposé about detainees being held in ultra secret government facilities under the APX program to avoid the involvement of federal, state and local courts in the American criminal justice system. Told with the assistance of a retired investigator from the program, American Prisoner X hopes to expose APX and the unjust and inhumane practices of the extrajudicial facilities and programs.
