Family relationships are so complex and are extremely hard to navigate. Dealing with difficult family members is downright hard and though it may be better for your stress level to eliminate or remove yourself from strained relationships, it is particularly difficult to that to people we are related to. However, not matter what a family is made up of, they can build strong, positive relationships that promote wellbeing and support children and young people’s mental health.
