Genesis 2:1-7 The Other Creation Story You Didn’t Know Was In The Bible | Ep. 3
Today we're reading Genesis 2:1-7. Most of us are familiar with the creation story of Genesis 1. But, did you know, there’s a second creation story in Genesis 2? This particular story reveals some details we don’t see in Genesis 1, and we should be asking why. For example, why are we given a detailed account of Adam’s creation? Why is he made from the dust outside the Garden of Eden? Why is the world presented as dry desert rather than chaotic, dark waters like we saw in Genesis 1? Why does this story open with God resting?

Genesis 2:8-17 Why God Made Adam From The Ground Outside of Eden | Ep. 4
Today we're reading Genesis 2:8-17. Did you know that Adam was NOT made in the garden of Eden? Technically, he was made from the dust outside of Eden. And, there’s a deeper reason why. You might not agree with this interpretation, but give me a chance to prove this viewpoint from the Scriptures. See, this small revelation blew my mind once I realized what was happening here. Today we're reading Genesis 3:1-7. You probably know the story known as the fall of man in Genesis 3. Mankind rebels against God, and there are longterm consequences for the entire world. But, why does this story open with a serpent? Why is he said to be “crafty?” What is with the odd description of the forbidden fruit? Genesis 3:8-13 What Adam and Eve REALLY Heard When They Hid From God | Ep. 7
Today we're reading Genesis 3:8-13 where Adam and Eve find themselves naked, ashamed and hiding from God. In Genesis 3, Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit, and then become aware of their nakedness. Then we’re told they hid themselves because they heard the sound of God walking towards them in the cool of the day. And, there are two simple words that might indicate something deeper is going on here. I can’t wait to show you what I overlooked for years in this story. It absolutely blew my mind. So, why do they hide? What do they hear? And, why does it mention the “cool of the day?” You might think these are extra, filler details in the fall of man story, but Genesis 3, is inviting us to ask deeper questions to discover deeper truths about God and mankind.

Genesis 3:14-19 The Oldest Prophecy About Jesus: What I Missed For Years In Genesis 3 | Ep. 8
Today we're reading Genesis 3:14-19 where Adam and Eve receive the natural consequences for sin along with the serpent. When Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit, they become naked and ashamed. Then, God shows up, to gives the appropriate consequences to Adam, Eve and the serpent. And, if you look closely, you’ll notice some weird details including several similarities in their consequences. Most importantly, this becomes the first messianic gospel prophecy. So, why is the snake sentenced to eating dust if snakes already do that? Why is the ground cursed now because of Adam? And, who is this seed of the woman that will crush the snake?

Genesis 3:20-24 The Ancient Guardians Of Eden | Ep. 9
Today we're reading Genesis 3:20-24 where Adam is exiled from the tree of life. After Adam and Eve sin, God casts them away from the tree of life. And, at the east of the garden, God stations spiritual guardians to prevent anyone from finding the way back to the tree of life. Have you ever wondered why God places a flaming sword and cherubim? Why does God mention the East? And why does He making coverings for Adam and Eve? Is there a deeper message underneath all of this that we’ve possibly missed? To really see the spiritual wisdom here, we need to understand how this connects to God’s fiery presence in the sacred temple.

Genesis 4:1-7 Why God Rejected Cain and His Offering | Episode 10
If you know the story of Cain and Abel, you know that God accepts Abel but rejects Cain. And, everyone wants to know why? There are some great theories but at the end of the day, everything is speculation. Some say Cain is the unholy offspring of Eve and the serpent. Some say the ground is cursed so his offering of fruit is cursed. Others say it has to do with the fact that it wasn’t his best. But, what if there’s something that all of these theories are overlooking? See, there’s a powerful revelation underneath all of this that usually gets missed because everyone focuses on Cain’s rejection. And, I can’t wait to show you the deeper message.

Genesis 4:8-16 The Dark Truth About Cain And Abel That You Missed | Ep. 11
You probably know the story of Cain and Abel. But, there’s a dark truth hidden in the shadows within this story, that I missed for years. It has to do with this monster called “sin” that’s crouching at Cain’s door. But, it also involves the ground. And, maybe you’ve never considered this, but the ground is a consistent point of emphasis in this story for some reason. So, what really moved Cain to kill his brother Abel? What was happening in that moment? And, why is Abel’s blood said to be crying out to God from the ground?

Genesis 4:17-26 Why The City of Cain Was A Warning For Us | Ep. 12
In Genesis 4, Cain kills his brother Abel and is exiled from Eden to be a fugitive and a wanderer. And, usually that’s all that most people know about Cain. But, Genesis 4 tells us more about Cain and his descendants. We’re told he builds a city, and his descendants are worse than he was. Then, Genesis 4 concludes with Adam and Eve replacing Abel with a son named Seth. These two family lines will setup the rest of the biblical story. But, you need to understand the significance of Cain’s city and how this is building to the story of Noah.

Genesis 5 The Deeper Message Underneath Adam's Genealogy | Ep. 13
Does Adam’s genealogy contain a secret message that needs to be de-coded? In Genesis 5, we see a very different family tree from Cain’s. In the previous chapter. And, some have suggested there’s a secret message here. They say the message is in the Hebrew meaning of each name. Others have suggested, there’s a set of numbers that reveal a hidden message. I do believe there’s a message and its often hidden to the naked eye. But, its not what you might think. This genealogy is NOT boring, its incredibly deep.
