    ►► Get AffiliateESY + Bonuses: https://www.paultilleydigital.com/AffiliateESY

AffiliateESY review, AffiliateESY that's going to be AffiliateESY . Alright so this is a review of AffiliateESY and my name is Paul Tilly and I am from Paul Tilley digital.com and welcome to this review. And yeah, so very quickly let's dive in with no messing around basically AffiliateESY . I'm gonna call it facilities I'm not really sure if that's how it's pronounced I'm sure it is, is basically a plugin for your WordPress site or for a brand new WordPress site. And actually quite like this, this really is a you know, within 60 seconds you could have this uploaded and working and going for it and hopefully, you could rank and get some really interesting sort of money from this was Was which is great it is what we all want in this world that we operate in, in in a market. So affiliate is he is like say you just download it, plug it in and away you go. And I would this, this is sort of products that I feel would be good for people probably newbies really good for new beers because it's so easy and a really good for if you just want like something on the side, that's just going to generate some income, or and the other thing that I would really do with this is basically have it linked to your own site. So basically I'll create a chain effect, which you can do really well and basically would rank and you'd have that as something that would point to your main site. Okay, so I'm going to go through a couple of points about AffiliateESY and we can sort of explore that. So basically, it's done for you hand picked Rico product reviews. We have done all the hard work for you. One click you can start making real profits, all the content will be automatically published as your your website settings and all the affiliate links will be automatically added. All the images will be automatically added. No need for affiliate link approval from vendors and one click and automatic website creation no need for any costly web design or creator. Create the contents.

What else let me just sort of stop this a second.

bulking import of all the product review posts, generate approval for offers. Add your affiliate ID and start making commission by adding your affiliate ID free step by step affiliate marketing training and tutorials and promote your own offers on the site. So a couple of my thoughts for this is log says you could you could plug this straight into your to your website and away you go or, or you could and use it in a variety of ways. So what I would do I'm tempted to this is to get a nice cheap domain get a nice cheap hosting service and build this with lots and lots of of views and commissions and stuff like that. But then make videos about all of those see basically have lots and lots of linking coming back and make lots of social media posts and that type of stuff. I don't think you'd really rank that highly for just bought and bought and bought and put loads of those stuff on there. I would just put loads of book on there but then make lots of videos from that. I feel that would be a really good way of viewing using this tool, but also linking back lots to your own sites, so you basically create this chain. And what else can I say about this? Because it's sort of quite a simple product really, it's basically like if this is a sort of strategy that you would be interested in this product is is,

    is

simple. It's basically just a plugin. What else can you really say about this? And I think from what I can gather is basically just linked to Clickbank. So for stuff like a warrior plus jvzoo, of course you'd have to get you'd have to get approval for that and plug that in there separately. So it's not quite a done for you. But you could get your links, put it in there and then it would draw stuff in from warrior plus, and jvzoo. Now if this plugin is really interesting to you, I'm gonna offer a couple of bonuses that will go along with this. I'm an offer And some list built in bonuses that would be really helpful alongside this I'm gonna offer two of my courses as well that also will go alongside this so laser point profits and download dollars would really help with this and the other thing that is with this plug in is to build your email list of course because if people buy products through your email list then you would you get that email so yeah, I'm gonna for those bonuses and if you choose to buy this plugin through test to see how you do be great to sort of hear if anyone makes some serious money from this price. So I think this is an an add on to your arsenal. I don't think it's a one stop shop, plug and play and you make lots of income. I think it's definitely something that you'd had on and have it as part of your your whole strategy for making money online. I think it can be really beneficial from from that point of view. So thank you for watching this quite short video actually.

yeah take care. Have a great day

  • How I made $1000 from My Product Launch on WarriorPlus

So unfortunately, I have not been doing as many podcasts as I anticipated I'd be doing. And the reason for that it I'm going to talk about in this in this episode. So basically over the last sort of couple of weeks, I have been really go for it. Hammer and tongue is I think that's what they call it to try and get my latest product up and out there and in front of affiliates and ultimately in front of new students, potential students. And the good news is, is that I managed to do that. And I launched the product on Saturday the 25th and it is now Monday the 27th of August. So, you know, it's just over, over those few hours Really? I guess. So a few days I should say. And and well, the one thing I want to say is, first of all, this is my biggest launch yet, I've definitely made the most amount of money, the most affiliates the most connections, and it's definitely the top of my list. And this is I think, my third Soto launch on warrior plus a, and I, and I've done one joint product product. And this is what my fourth, I guess. And every single one of those launches, I've learned so much, including this one that I've made some mistakes, some things that I've done differently. I've had some feedback on things that I'm like, Yeah, I should put more time into that more effort. And what I did with this, I did slightly different. I had an idea in mind, and I decided to just set a date. Which was only about two or maybe two weeks away from, from the launch, and I just went for it. I thought, okay, I'm not gonna, like I'm just gonna set that they put that day in the diary and nothing. I will launch that product no matter what. And I really went for it. And yeah, so Hydra Hydra males, I said, how's your profits again, my products mixed up Hydra males was launched a couple days ago. And the funny thing was, is that during the time of the launch, I was actually on a date. That's the only date and I had to say to my date, I was like, and I'll have to keep checking my phone because I was like, I was like, away from home. I went to where they live. Had a very nice time, actually. Anyway, so. So I was like, I explained what I was doing, and it always sounds a bit dodgy, doesn't it? He always sounds like a big pyramid scheme. I think they sort of got it though. And yes, I was constantly saying Oh, I just need to check my phone check my phone too much. And it was quite exciting because as the as the money went up I was able to share with them what I was doing and they were like quite impressed and nice conversation anyway that's actually relevant. So yeah, so I hydro miles was launched. And I was quite nervous because of course, when you first launch a product, you're totally like, is anyone actually even gonna buy this is this you know, you put your love and your heart into something which you probably shouldn't get too emotionally attached to a b so do you can't help it. And you're like, you know, what, if there's another big launch, there was a couple around and But no, I did well, and to date, I am just $13 off making off a been a $1,000 launch. So let me I'm just gonna put my this is. Yeah, so it's just about it's just about just shy of $1,000. So I'm going to be kind to myself and rounded. Up to $1,000 because because I'm worth it, I see it as $1,000 launch and stay on a $60 Well, it was $60 launch. So I'm not quite sure how much I've actually going to pocket from that. And of course out of this, we have to take a competition where people are winning competitions. So the way I look at it, I mean, if you're fairly new to this, then one of the things that surprises people about this whole process is that you don't really make that much money with a product launch unless it's like a big product launch. But even if it's a big product launch, you're probably gonna have big prizes. So let's say you know, you've got prizes that that go into the thousands and you have to give away quite a lot of that money anyway, so you probably don't really make that much money and even though this is $1,000 launch, I'm really not making that much money I'm making some which is nice. And it's definitely pay for my date.

So it was like a free date and but yeah, What I have made is obviously, quite a lot of contacts in the backend. So my email list has gone up. I think the other thing that I've really made from this over the last few days that I've learned and I really need to bear in mind for my next launch is a is is my context of May with other affiliates this launch definitely I've been I've made more contacts and had more conversations and more interactions with other affiliates big some couple of big launches that have been really kind to me and one of these I'm just here, surnames rose I'm sorry, Mr. Rose, I've got your first name. I'm just gonna look it up now because I want to give a shout out because it's just been really nice having having these

    having these guys on board,

Phillip Marcus, Joe Hanson is another guy that has been really kind Give me a shout out and just give me a couple of couple of couple of sales. And it's been really, really generous. So yeah, Johnny rose as well as be super generous, so shout out to him. And so what's nice is that, you know, these guys aren't going to try and reciprocate as much as possible. And as I grow as an affiliate marketer, I can, you know, build the relationship with them and hopefully repay the favour at some time when I've got a bigger list. So the one thing that I do want to say just towards the end of this is, product launches are a lot of work. You just have to set a date and just stick to it. And it builds upon itself. So if you're really new, your first launch may not be that great and just you just have to sort of go for it. This is my fourth launch look say it's a lot of work even to get to number four, but this one is definitely worth it. So now I'm excited for my fifth launch. And this one will tell you about now because why I've actually done is when I was putting together hiring for males, I actually started recording the process that I was going through and, and put together and cracking courses, cracking, cracking those in the, the the sea monster, but also the rum, which most people probably know crappiness. And so what I did is a record of the whole process and record the mistakes, I got some stuff wrong, but I kept I've kept that in the course. And so if you're interested in how I put together a hydro mails, the good and the bad side, and the results and the way I've connected with affiliates, and then check out Hydra males, which should be a comment with bait off the top of my head, but it's basically can be around the middle of August. If you want to get on board with that and be an affiliate, that's great if you want to just buy the product and learn how how I put this whole thing together then that's great.

    And

yeah, so so basically this is just a short podcast, just tell me tell you a little bit about it. mails and how it's gone so far. And also just to tell you about tracking courses that will be out towards the end of the month. So I'm Paul Tilley Digital

    Thank you for listening

    ======================================================

Hi, my name is Paul Tilley from Paul Tilley Digital. So, head over to Paul Tilley Digital calm, if you want to get some free stuff, sign up to the newsletter, all that lovely, lovely jazz. And hopefully that will be very helpful to you. So, in a previous podcast, I talked about why you want to have your own product.

So, I'm not going to go over that too much, but just to emphasise that you do need your own product. So, just a very quick example yesterday, I sent out one email, and I got sales from that one email. It was actually a prewritten email that I just edited a little bit. I made money from there, it took me probably less than five minutes to send that out. So, I made money for in less than five minutes work, which was really nice is I got to also show my daughter that I said, Look, I, you know, made some sales when she sent out this email, and that really inspired her. You know, sort of like a teenager who's looking what to do in the world, just to sort of emphasise to her about working for herself, and not relying on a business to make money, not relying on other people to make money, I should say, Anyway, enough waffle. What I'm going to do today is just show you several platforms where you can start to develop and sell your own product.

Now, all these are platforms that that's sort of a setup for this type of thing. And I'll take a little bit of a commission, different types, different percentages of commission for each sale. But the great thing about the main, the majority of these platforms is that They have a large number of affiliates as well. So, people who are actively looking for products to promote and sell, like I did yesterday when I made that may. So, it's sort of a win win situation. Well, I'll do I'll go through them. And then finally, I will show you to that are maybe really good places for you to start on. So, I'm going to show you so if you wait until the very end, you'll you'll come across and this last one particularly that may be a really good platform if you're just starting out. So, first of all, we're on my website, and Paul Tilley Digital calm now I host and I have a lot of my own products on here. So, you have one platform that will show and try and sell your product, which will have an affiliate link to it. Then you have to have your actual product hooked on another platform, which I will show you a couple of them. So, I've got my own website. And on my own website, because it's WordPress, I pay for the space or pay for the hosting, I have full control over the whole thing. The great thing about that is that then I can host my courses on there, and I control everything about that. All I have to do is have my product made host on there, I back it up, of course, just in case because you never know. And then I go to another platform, which is where I get affiliates. And they point people to my websites, if that makes sense. Now, the platforms that I have, that point people to those places are for example JVzoo. Now JVzoo JVzoo is generally I've not used it a great deal for us. I've mainly bought broader products from it. I've never actually sold a product through JVzoo because those are not really the sort of products I sell on JVzoo Generally what you get is software. So, recently I bought a plugin for Microsoft Chrome, it was through JVzoo. And the plugin did various wonderful things that I wanted to do. And that's the type of product that you find on JVzoo is plugins or WordPress, plugins, software, downloads, that type of stuff. So, if you're in that type of market where you want to develop an actual piece of software that you can then no people on JVzoo JVzoo will be looking to promote those types of products. So, it's worth bearing in mind is worth bearing in mind, what is the type of product that you want to sell? Is it for example, a piece of software? Is it an ebook?

Is it some sort of downloadable resources is it an A video course for example. So, depending on what type of product you produce will depend on where you at you actually want to sell it. So, say JVzoo Your software, it's a really good platform. It's got a great reputation. I'm not sure about the Commission's that they take that that would be something that you'd have to explore and find out about yourself. But yeah, so check out JVzoo if you're doing more than the software development if you're putting together a quick course, particularly video course, or maybe downloadable PDFs, that type of thing. One interesting place to start is Warrior Forum, WSO

So, spec Warrior Special Offers (WSO)is a is a very good platform. I've used it a couple of times what I find about this platform is you get lots and lots and lots of people looking for very quick deals. So, it's a really interesting place if you want to put like $1 $5 $6 type of deals or even free You can see, you can look at the views here that you'll get. So, this is a, you know, $200. I'm sort of really interested how many of these types of $200 and people would sell on here, but it does some.

You get people on here who promote these offers as well. It's like a really simple, quick place to put your offers you have to pay, I believe it's around about $20 to promote your offer. So, all these offers here would have been bumped up and they would have paid about 25 or 50 $20. You have to check that out. And as more offers come up, your offer then goes down, and then you can automatically bump it. So, if it's something that you really want to keep bumping, bumping to the top, when it starts to crawl down after $20 it will take another $20 automatically bump it back up to the top. So, I think one of the big advantages of here is that if you offer really, really Low Cost deal was your strategy been building up your mail list. I'm not going to go too much into this, but reverse the strategy that you want, you want to build up your email list. So, going back to the story that I said about yesterday, I have an email list, I send out an email, very quick, simple email costs, takes me five minutes, and I get sales from that because I've built up my email list. That's where the money is. So, warrior special offer is a really good place. As I say, if you want a cheap and easy way to get started, build up your email list. $20 can bump it up. What you want to do is if you think this other car paid $20 for this, and let's say I've made

20 new contacts. So, that's $1 for an email address, and you want to think is that actually good value for money? Some people would say is, some people say, isn't it it's very targeted. The people that you're going to get are people who are interested in Make Money Online niche that's something else that you want to think about what have a niche e building. If it's a made money online niche then Warrior Special Offers (WSO) is a good place to go if it's a more specialist niche let's say vegan or weight loss that you want to think maybe this is probably not the place for you may want to look for places like Facebook advertising or ClickBank which we will look at now and I did have ClickBank up was not on here so with ClickBank is an old platform has been around for a long time called reputation and the thing about ClickBank is that you're going to get on there any you can put a product on there for any niche you can think of, I mean really anything. So, if you are wanting to Move away from the make money online niche and you want to go something more along the lines of anything Dog Training vegan weight loss and you know on here languages politics self-help anything then ClickBank is probably a platform that you want to consider. I have never sold anything myself on ClickBank I've never put a product on there to sell. It's on my hit list at some point I want to move away from the Nisha and specifically and try and reach out to different niches and experiment to see what happens. ClickBank is a great platform. The great thing about ClickBank as well is that anyone can promote, and this could be a good thing or a bad thing independent loved it but anyone can promote your product. So, literally anyone in the world can sign up to a ClickBank account and they can get your affiliate link and they can try and advertise your product that's not as easy with other platforms like JVzoo for example, people have to apply to sell your products and you can turn them down. So, some people will you will have a strategy on ClickBank for example, they will put a product on there, then their strategy will be to continually and continually recruit new people sell a product or they'll go out and now they'll do loads and loads of YouTube videos they'll go Hey, so my products sell my product, you will actually take a very small commission of the sale. So, you may give 75% for example, or 80% or even 100% of the Commission's that you make but we want him to do of course is build up that back end, build up those that email list. So, that's ClickBank.

WarriorPlus is another one which is linked to WSO. So, don't get confused between the two. There are differences warrior plus is the platform that I use that I put all my products on. There's a really good community of affiliate marketers that are new cross promote, you reach out to them, they reach out to you, and you build up your list like that they will sell your product, why tend to do is give away 100% of the front end, make a little bit money on the back end. So, the upsells, but it's about building up the email list. You can also do joint ventures where you work with other affiliate marketers, and they will sell your products for you so and warrior plus is a great place. I don't really have an incentive to move away from that quite yet. I'm quite happy being in a place. There is a school of thought out there that you should be on several platforms, so don't have all your eggs in one basket for there's something to that. I think for me, it's just lack of time, lack of time to be able to go out and Okay, set up a JVzoo account and sell on that but I think it's really good practice. If you have the time to do what, yeah, I recommend you check it out. It can be a little bit of a learning curve to get your first product on there and I will do some videos that will walk through how to get your product on to warrior plus what I do best practices to find that. So, keep an eye out for that. And so remember that so these are the main places where you can advertise where you can where you can push out your product. As I say you have to have somewhere where you host that product. Now you if you want to. If you're good with WordPress and you're good with developing a website, WordPress is a really good place to go because you can set up a WordPress you can set up hosting, you can set up a domain name all that for free. There are ways that you can do very cheap very quickly where you want to host there's lots of platforms out there if you're willing to pay this place. Like Click Funnels, for example, the link for that will be in there, I'll try and put all these links in the show notes. And one other place that I use quite a lot and I realised this platform is very simple. So, one strategy could be for example, if you want to keep it very simple, if you're new to the game is go though Warrior Special Offers but host the actual product that you're going to sell on this platform, which is called Gumroad. And now I have I've keep loads of on Gumroad. I've given stuff away in the past. This is I've got about two or three accounts and I this is one of them that you can see, and I build up my mailing list through this. And I'm not it's not really about making money although I do make a lot more money through this platform. Started passive once you have your products here. If I show you Free quickly once you have your product on Gumroad, you basically just leave it because it's there for people to download. They can either download it as a whole PDF, or they can, you can link them to another page. You can have it as file, sterner, there's lots of different ways, but you basically just set it and forget it. There's a really good platform to have a lot of products. If you've got products that you've developed in the past that are sort of dead, you could put them on here, you could have them for free. So, you could build up your main list, you could have them for like $5 and just leave it and forget it. And you'll have a trickle of income coming through every month from that. So, there's a strategy for you host have your host sorry, host your product on Gumroad. It's free to help it's very easy sell through warrior special offer, for example, or you could there's various other platforms, you could just put it onto a Facebook app. Because I've noticed with Facebook, you could put it for free on various forums like blackhat forum, Warrior Forum. There's loads out there are and Facebook groups, for example, have it as a free download of your main list, you can build up your main list in MailChimp for free, for starters. So, you could do the whole thing for free if you wanted. Okay, we've gone for quite a lot there. And I realised that I've sort of gone through really quickly why I might do in the future is go through all these places I've just mentioned, and do a lot, a lot more in depth on each one. I just wanted to give you a very quick overview of why you could do what's out there if you're particularly new to the game. This is just like a really quick overview. If you've been in the game for a long time, you know about all these platforms and this, this is totally relevant to you. But if you did listen you That's nice. Thank you. Thank you for watching. Yeah, so I hope that was helpful. If you are new, feel free to reach out to me I'm happy to sort of help you out a little bit as much as I can and keep an eye out if you want more in depth on any of these platforms, I'm happy to do that I'm happy to go into the products that I've sold, show you what I've done, how I've put it on there, the whole process, I will do some videos at some point going through Warrior Forum and how to upload because I found that quite complicated. And I found that there's there wasn't that much out there for for people that we need to the game.

So, my name is Paul Tilly, I'm from Paul Tilley Digital calm, feel free to go there and have a meet around and sign up for the free course and all that type stuff. If you're watching this on YouTube if you just like subscribe, comments, ring that bell, all that lovely, wonderful stuff.

If you're listening to a podcast, be great to for you to just leave a review and reach out to me.

    Thank you very

  • You Need to Have Your Own Product Now (How to start)

    0:11

    Okay,

    0:17

calm and today I want to look at very

    0:20

quickly in a very quick overview of why you should develop your own products if you are not already. There's a lot of people who are involved in say affiliate marketing, or they're involved in CPA and all sorts of things online where they basically you're selling other people's products, but they haven't necessarily developed their own products because multiple reasons it may be just lack of confidence or lack of knowledge, or just even just the fact that the lack of willpower. So, I just want to go very quickly over why you really should be developing your own product. Now, I'm In my previous episodes, I talked about how I started off on platforms like Udemy and Skillshare. And even today, I'm making a passive income from those platforms. But one of the weaknesses of those platforms is developed is getting people on your email list. For example, I've got about free, no, I think he's going up to 5000. Now people on Udemy that are my in brackets, students, and it's really difficult for me to connect with those off the Udemy platform. So if I want to sell if I want to upsell or sell some of my own products or other people's products, it's really difficult to do that. I have to sort of go around and do a little bit of blackhat or grey hat stuff and it's the same with Skillshare when you develop your own product, and then you can very easily get them onto your email list. And you can keep upselling Selling and selling and selling until they basically buy or subscribe or unsubscribe. It's grim isn't it. And so that's one of the main reasons why you'd want to develop your own product. And your own a platform that you control where you can get those people on your mailing list and you can continually to sell to them build up that relationship, which ultimately is the power now if you have 1000 5000 10,000 people that you've got on your mailing list, and you know that they are interested in your particular niche products that you sell, then it's a lot easier to continue to sell them. Now, I say this is a brief podcast, really just trying to encourage you to get out there and start to think about developing your own product. I'll give you a couple of ways that you can start that journey and then in other episodes of this podcast, or if you're watching YouTube, this video You I will share some tips on how to really start to develop that maybe I'll put together like a Miniseries or course, on how you can just get started. Now, first of all, one of the main things is you want to think about the type of niche that you want to develop, and what's the mail list that you want. And depending on the sort of niche that you'd fill up in the mail list that you that you want, will really determine on the sort of platforms that you want to start to sell on and where you want to develop your product. So for example, if you're on the make money online niche, a platform like warrior plus is a perfect place to sell your product. And if you go into warrior plus and you go to marketplace, top sellers, you can see that there's the top 10 and the top 30 days and products that have been selling now these people are making a lot of money and more money. Fortunately, they're making a lot of new subscribers to their mount list. And the great thing is that the people that they have on their mailing list, they know that there are people who park with money to buy this specific

    4:14

    niche. And

    4:17

so that's so worried plus is more the the platform if you want to sell in the make money online, and I'll do I'll do an episode about specifically about warrior plus later on. Now platforms like jvzoo are still within a very similar niche movement online, but they're more geared towards software. So if developing your own software product is more an area that you're particularly skilled at or that you would want to focus on right rather than doing a series like you know, we sit in front of a camera and explain something, then jvzoo is a really good platform for that and again, it's about me Your your email list and developing that so check it out jvzoo the other one which is one of the big players within this sort of world is is Clickbank and Clickbank is one of the great things about Clickbank is that it's it's really great platform if you want to develop any niche at all. So if you want to get away from the make money online or developing sort of money making software unless he wants to develop a product around training your pets or eating vegan or losing weight or something like that then Clickbank offers a best platform for developing something a lot more niche that's outside to make money online. It's a little bit more complicated developer product for bank but it can be very, very lucrative and the great thing about Clickbank is often it's evergreen. And people can promote your products without having to having to sort of jump through Certain hoops, literally anyone in the world could sign up to a clickbank account and then start to push your product. So really Your job is to get a product on there. And then just get more and more people to sell your product. And it can literally be anyone. And again, I'll do a series I do a specific episode about Clickbank or this specific episode about jvzoo. And they'll probably be other platforms on there that I will look at. And so very quickly, how do you develop your your products? Well, there's certain ways like I've said, you can develop a software so you can go on a website, even a website like fiverr.com and connect with software developers and develop a basic say, plugin for Google Chrome, for example. There's one that I use moments which basically goes and scrapes thousands and thousands of emails and that's quite a simple piece of software actually. Could be developed I could have even developed it myself and probably got cheaper than it paid for it. I just couldn't be bothered. And you can go on something like Clickbank as well you can develop or warrior for no difference between like Warrior Forum is eyes and sorry warrior plus is that it's not as evergreen necessarily there are some evergreen products on there. But something like Clickbank you develop one big product and you could sell it for years and years to come. For example, if it's how to become a vegan, you know people are gonna be doing that in years years time. But if it's a product, which is very much now like how to how to get your, your website at the top of Google now now in five years time, it could be totally outdated, where Google decided to change their algorithms for example.

    7:52

    That makes sense.

    7:54

Ways to develop your product this to certain platforms out there, we can upload your videos For example, and they will hosted, they'll do everything forward that will cost money, you could develop a free website on on WordPress and host all of your, you have your videos on there for absolutely free, and even get a free domain name, if you really wanted to some limitations to that, but you could, and then you could sell the product and then whatever money you made, would be total 100% profit. And again, maybe I'll do

    8:27

    a

    8:27

couple of videos specifically about about that. So check out my YouTube channel on how to do that. So that's a very brief overview that there is there is money in the list of really is you want to build up your list and say amazing way to do that is through developing your own product. One more thing I want to say about developing your own product is that you can develop it, sell it and then later on if you want to give it away as some sort of bonus or some sort of incentive. So you've sold your product you've made you've rent that product. As much as you can, then maybe six months later, you offer it for free for a signup. So again, you're building your list again. So that's one of the great thing about having your own product is that you own it, and you can distribute it free if you want. And again, even though seems crazy to spend so much money, I spent so much time in developing a video course, for example, and then giving it away for free. You are in a way you are taking payment off someone's email address and building up your list that way.

    9:30

So they go there's a very brief overview of

    9:32

why you should be developing your own product. And, as always, you know, please subscribe, like,

    9:40

    sign up, leave a review,

    9:42

and those things do actually make a difference. Reach out to me connect with me Say hi. Say that you've listened to this podcast or watch this video on YouTube or whatever it is you've done. And, you know, maybe we can work together. Maybe we can develop a product together, or something like that'd be great. Thanks. you very much for listening Take care.

  • My First Passive Income Stream That's Still Paying, You Can Do The Same

Hello, my name is Paul Tilley

from Paul TilleyDigital and welcome to this podcast. And today I thought basically I would share with you how I sort of started my journey of making money online and the very first place where I actually started to see some income coming from. And like a lot of people it was after reading Tim Ferriss book, I went out there and I started searching. It's quite a few years ago now and I came across the website Udemy that you may have come across or at least seen adverts from, not to be confused with Udemy which is like a

email in mass emailing sort of marketplace Udemy you d e m y is basically a platform where you can develop your own

courses and upload them and sell them. It's quite simple. It's quite a simple model really. And my background was basically developing courses and I was involved in education anyway. So there's a natural progression for me to sit in front of a camera and record myself and I went down the hole I was basically I did loads of different courses in sort of all sorts of different themes from how to start running

to various making money online type of gigs, and then at the time, there was a big thing about

selling on eBay, you know, sort of drop shipping from Amazon onto eBay. And that was working quite well at that particular time. I started dabbling around in that was trying to make some money. I wouldn't recommend that you know, Bali, and so far I know I could put this into course. So I developed a course and that now is totally dated.

But weirdly still make some money as people still buy the course is still there. I don't know why people buy it, but they do.

And I'm not going to move because he brings in some little bits of money here there. And if it helps people still, that's absolutely fine.

And I remember one month getting

in my paypal account about $600. And I couldn't believe it. I was like, Oh my god, you know, I can't believe this actually works. And, you know, basically, for me sitting down for a whole weekend and recording the course editing it, uploading it.

I'm still being paid even now. I mean, years later, I'm still getting little bits of money coming in from a course. And that's really the the passive income sort of dream, isn't it? You do work once. And then he pays you for sort of pretty much the rest of your life maybe if you really

get an evergreen type of course. So anyway, yeah. So Udemy was that was a great platform for me to start on. And I put quite a number of courses on there and had quite a bit of money come through now. The platform's changed quite a lot.

There's a lot more competition obviously, when I got on there, it was quite early on, they've changed their pricing structures. So it's not quite as lucrative as it was several years ago, but I still think there's an opportunity there for people to be making passive income. I think the key for places like Udemy is first of all to find

original content. I think if you do a course like you know how to make $1,000 in one day from Clickbank stuff as a is gonna be really saturated and just, there's probably just not enough people out there who want who would pay money for that. So I think a specific skill is really where a place like Udemy comes in. So if you are a specific skill that you could share on Udemy then

yeah, I think I think you would you would be in a good position start to make some passive income

That, that takes me nicely onto the other platform, which I think is a lot more lucrative now than Udemy. And that's Skillshare. Now scaf shares a great platform, I have recently signed up as a customer to there because I've been upskilling, some of my video work, photography, that type of stuff, and I've watched several courses. Some of those courses are incredibly, highly,

highly produced really good high quality, Film and Sound. So it's a very different platform to Udemy I felt with Udemy it's a little bit raw, it's a little bit you can literally just film yourself on your laptop and put Of course up there I think Skillshare

sort of you need to be a little bit higher spec.

And the difference is with Udemy. You can buy a course for say $10 and

And you'll have access to the course for the rest of your life. So people who bought my eBay course

years ago have still got access to the course if there's so desire. With Skillshare you basically pay so much a month I think it's about $8.

And for that month you have access to all these different courses you get paid yes of Udemy you get a percentage of that $10.

    With Skillshare you get paid

a specific amount of for every I believe is every minutes that people watch your course. So the thing is there with Udemy you can put out your course quite a lot with fluff if you want to. If you want to have like a two hour course you can put loads of loads of extra stuff in there that is not really great content, but what sort of put out your course with Skillshare. If you do that, then what's going to happen is people are just going to start watching it and you you will see you want really high, you could do a short course for say 15 minutes. That can be really, really high quality.

In Depth content, and you would make, you know, good money from that, if that makes sense.

I think with Skillshare and I am earning some money from there, I definitely find that

courses that have a verse 22 very specific, unique skill

is where I made the money in Skillshare. And people follow your content and want to keep coming back to your content and keep wanting to solidify their learning, I guess. So, my advice to if you really go and Skillshare route is that you you teach some really high quality, one or two courses even a first choice but they're very high, high quality review to me. I've been probably the best strategy there is to have lots and lots of courses that may not be as high quality I would definitely lean more now towards Skillshare to develop in a

a course that's very high unique quality content. And doing, say, one or two courses that will do that. I know people who are making money from Skillshare, they're making really good money. And they may only have two courses on there. But

they do over on there is very high quality.

I hope that makes sense. As I say, I'm still earning money from both of those platforms even today. And that's years ago that I did these courses.

Even as I'm recording this, I'm thinking to myself, I should really look at, maybe they're developing some more courses and putting on there and because it does pay long term. And so I would say even if you're brand new to the whole area of making money online,

this is one way that you can start to do that. The second part of the strategy, I would say is to think wider. Now what you can do on Udemy you can

Quite do on Skillshare you can do on Udemy can offer free courses in Actually, I'm correct. I credit myself, you can offer free courses all also on Skillshare. So this strategy will work on both platforms.

So what you can do is, be clever. And think yourself, how can you get people from those platforms from Udemy from Skillshare, onto your own mailing list. And that as as as we all know, is where the real money is in that the mailing list is reselling, and reselling to a group. So for example, if you had a specific course in a specific niche, let's say,

    a dog training for example.

Then you could try and get them to your, your email list, where then you could upsell to them for that mailing list. So you want to think about stuff like free downloads. So for example, in Udemy and Skillshare, you could say

Get my download this free PDF document that accompanies the course, when they download this, this document you could have in there if you want. If you want more free content, go to my

mail list and you can download a free ebook or something like that, I'll get access to more in depth content on the course. So you could basically do a free course, it would take a lot of time, a free download, but you get lots and lots of people onto your email list where you can then upsell and you've got them long term as well you know, in years and years time, you could still have them on your main list where you provide real content, and they want a paid course a higher pay course a higher ticket pay costs. So there's two ways that you can make money you can just sell the course. But I would advise that you think bigger and wider than that and you actually think about how you get them onto your email list and develop

content and long term customers paying customers from there. So that's basically how I started off making a good passive income that's still paying me money, even though there's other platforms out there as well as Skillshare and Udemy. I'm sure if you were still even just go go on google and type in

    places to summer course.

You'd find loads out there, but those are sort of the big players really within that particular type of sphere. I hope that's helpful. Please visit me on Facebook on Twitter.
