Will America Ever Any Solve Problems?

Americans can't agree on anything. We continue a tug of war even when it is foolish to do so. If diversity is our strength, I have a solution to enhance our diversity without doing any sort of immigration. We need to stop smarting ourselves into stupidity and figure things out.
