Scholarly Self-Care, hosted by social emotional learning researcher and consultant Dr. Tia Barnes, is a podcast for educators, parents, and caregivers who want to increase their social-emotional learning and well-being. By supporting adult well-being, Tia hopes to empower adults to support the well-being of the children and youth in their lives. Scholarly Self-Care features weekly content with tips, and strategies on incorporating social and emotional well-being into your daily life and will help you as you pursue your own self-care journey.
