S1E3: C-17 Pilot (Capt. Jake Bandaruk)

Capt. Jake Bandaruk, a C-17 pilot who graduated from Biola University and commissioned in 2016, joins us in this episode of Sound Off. Capt. Bandaruk emphasizes the need to be active and involved as a cadet, and he advises future Airmen to communicate with others in difficult situations. He also gives us a little insight into some of his missions, one of which involves lavatories under the hot African sun! Capt. Bandaruk lives by the principle that you should “be that person that people want to be around” and treat others how you want to be treated - something we should all keep in mind.
