Season 3 | Episode 110

In this video:

✔ Why fiber, not sugar, is the real regulator

✔ The Lustig study: a 53% drop in fasting blood sugar in 9 days, just by swapping sugar for starch

✔ Why 80% of processed foods hide sugar under 61 different names

✔ Why hyperglycemia, not sugar itself, is the actual pathology

If you're a high performer stuck guessing at your own health, this closes the gap.
