Dawn Ringrose has worked with organizations across sectors to implement an excellence model and improve their performance since 1984. Several of her clients have been recognized with national excellence awards for this work and their steadily improving performance across a balanced system of measurement. In 2010, she captured what she had learned in a leading edge publication (Organizational Excellence Framework) and accompanying toolkit. As a result of this work, she has been speaking at international conferences, publishing in international journals, training professionals in 20 countries, serving on global committees and conducting the 'first global assessment on the current state of organizational excellence'.   www.organizationalexcellencespecialists.ca
