Training:

-Downhill running

-Stairmaster up to 3 hours a week. Focussing more so on the longer 1 hour sessions than the shorter sessions

-Miles: 40-50 miles/week as you build up

-Taper: taper started 8 days out. Continued running but focused on recovery
