Journey with Jesus – Before This Day Begins — Believe That God Has

Already Gone Ahead of You and Is Directing Every Step

In this expectation-building and day-transforming message, you'll

be reminded that the difference between an ordinary day and a God

day is not what happens in it — it is what you believe before it

begins. The person who wakes up and genuinely, expectantly, and

specifically believes that God is personally directing their steps

today — ordering their encounters, opening the right doors, closing

the wrong ones, positioning them in the right place at the right

time, and working purposefully in every seemingly ordinary moment

of the day ahead — steps into that day completely differently from

the person who wakes up with no such expectation. One is looking

for God in the day. The other is just getting through it. And what

you look for, you begin to see — because God was always there. You

just started believing it.

This episode encourages you to make the deliberate and faith-filled

declaration every morning before your feet hit the floor — today

is a God day, and God is directing my steps. Not as a wish, not as

a hope, and not as a positive affirmation — but as a genuine act

of faith in the God who has already promised to direct the steps

of the person who trusts in Him. When the day looks ordinary and

nothing about it feels particularly significant or divinely

arranged, that's your signal to believe harder — because God does

His most extraordinary work inside the most ordinary looking days,

and He is always directing more than you can currently see.

No matter how unexceptional or how unpromising today looks from

where you are standing right now, take comfort in this truth: the

steps of a righteous person are ordered by the Lord — every step,

every day, every ordinary and extraordinary moment — and that

includes every step of today.

🎧 Listen now and step into today with the expectant and unshakeable

belief that God has already gone ahead of you, is directing every

step, and has made this a God day — whether it looks like one yet

or not.

"The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him."
