39. Building Blocks: Real Estate, Community and Impact with Harrison Beacher
29m | Apr 24, 2024The fundamental building blocks for growing a real estate company and impacting a community are the same. Harrison Beacher from the Coalition Properties Group joins the show today to explain how.
Harrison’s company has served over 1,700 families for $650 million in sales volume in the DC metro area since 2019. During that time, they’ve also facilitated over $1 million in charitable contributions. How has he managed to do so much for the community while also building a super successful business? He explains that real estate sales and building relationships in the community overlap well, if you are generous and selfless.
Harrison’s three building blocks are: First, learn about your community and reach out to people. Second, get to know them and what they need. Third, provide them what they need. Those building blocks work for lead generation as well as helping nonprofits with your time, talent, and treasure.
If you have a head for business and a heart for impacting the world for good, you’re going to find a lot of useful information this episode.
