For Black Americans, that same spirit showed up in movements like the Great Migration, when millions left the South to escape Jim Crow, racial violence, and limited opportunity in search of freedom, work, and a better life. 

This episode asks a hard question: if they were willing to risk everything for freedom, what are we willing to risk to change our lives today?

Not reckless risk. Not chasing fantasy. But the risk of learning a new skill, starting the offer, building a second income, leaving old habits, asking for help, and becoming the man you say you want to be.

Because one job should not be your entire economic blueprint.
