O.J. McDuffie, a consensus All-American at Penn State, was the Miami Dolphins' first-round pick in the 1993 NFL Draft. Quickly becoming Dan Marino’s favorite target, McDuffie lead the NFL in receptions in 1998 and earned back-to-back Team MVP honors in 1997 and 1998. Beyond football, O.J. has been deeply involved in charitable activities, and has maintained a strong presence in sports media, co-hosting the popular Fish Tank podcast, as well as the Dolphins' pregame and postgame shows on iHeart Radio.

O.J shares his experiences with injuries and the challenges of getting older while being further and further removed from the football field.
