93. Miami Heat 0-4: What's WRONG With Bam & Giannis? | Nothing to Hyde: The HEAT File

The Miami Heat are 0-4, and the questions are already piling up. What's wrong with Bam Adebayo? Why isn't his partnership with Giannis Antetokounmpo working? And how much responsibility falls on Erik Spoelstra?

On this episode of The HEAT File, longtime South Florida sports journalists Dave Hyde and Ira Winderman break down Miami's disastrous start and examine whether this team can still become an Eastern Conference contender.

Ira has been inside the locker room and around the team throughout its first four games, and he's got plenty to say about what's going wrong — and what needs to change.

On this episode:

• Why Bam Adebayo looks uncomfortable playing alongside Giannis

• Is Erik Spoelstra being too stubborn with his offensive approach?

• What's happened to Miami's supposedly elite defense?

• Are Klay Thompson, Tim Hardaway Jr., and Andrew Wiggins delivering enough?

• Should the Heat shake up their starting lineup?

• Why Miami desperately needs another shot creator

• Ira's surprising trade proposal involving Nikola Jović and Kristaps Porziņģis

• Is it time to panic, or is there still reason for optimism?

With 78 games remaining, Ira believes there's time to turn things around. But with championship expectations and Giannis' future looming, the Heat can't afford to wait forever.
