The Architecture of Iatrogenic Escalation examines how systems meant to protect can accidentally intensify the very distress they are trying to manage.

This episode looks at the moment where care becomes custody: when a person is no longer treated as a full subjective observer, but as a locus of risk, a behavioral signal, or a file inside an institutional loop.
