47. What to do When You're Feeling 'Wobbly', a Step by Step Walk Through of How to Support Yourself Through Difficult Times

As much as I'm the queen of shifting into the thoughts and energy aligned with what I want, I'm also not about toxic positivity and emotionally or spiritually bypassing. Ignoring or sweeping difficult emotions and situations under the rug does not help us at all, especially not with having our status quo be being a high vibe and a clear channel + energetic match for what we want.

What does help us be those things? Learning how to actually support ourselves through the tough times in a way that's supportive during and actually helps us process and release it all so it's not stored in our body and subconscious as trauma.

So today I'm sharing my process that has gotten me through SO much the last year (a breakup, living with an ex for 7 months, loosing money in a crypto scam, moving across the country while leaving 95% of my belongings in storage, therapy with my family... a lot Lol.), and not only that, but being less affected by the difficult things that happen, and overall more and more resiliant!
